Building on the overwhelming success of Phase I, we recently released Phase II of Toronto’s most stylish and affordable urban townhome community. Project Sold

Decade developed this two acre site located across the street from Downsview Park, Canada’s largest urban park. The site was rezoned from low density to a multi-residential zoning accommodating over 280,000 square feet of GFA including over 300 residential condominiums and the option for grade level retail. The site was sold in 2017 to a premier Toronto developer who will be launching the project for sale in early 2018.

322 Sandwich Street South, Amherstberg

Decade Group is excited to announce the completion of a new 5,400 square foot Windsor Family Credit Union field branch. WFCU officially opened its doors on July 17, 2013. This new, custom-designed, modern building became WFCU's 7th branch and serves as an excellent site to extend the Credit Union's banking services to new customers in the Southwestern Ontario region.

This prime 3 acre site in London's North End, with 37,029 square feet of retail space is 100% leased. The site offered tenants an opportunity to have a custom designed store built to their specifications.

This site won the coveted Don Smith Commercial Building Award and was acknowledged for excelling in the areas of environmental sensitivity, design and innovation.

766 South Wenige Drive, London

This 10,000 square foot plaza, situated on 1 acre in London's hot north end, is 100% leased. Construction of the plaza was completed in the spring of 2013. This site gave tenants an opportunity to set up their businesses in a desirable new plaza located in the north east corner of London's best demographic area.

InStorage Self Storage - 1577 Lauzon Road, Windsor

Our Class A self storage facility in north east Windsor is a mix of new construction and the conversion of an existing building. Located on both Lauzon Parkway, and Lauzon Road, across from the Lear plant, the facility offers easy accessibility. This facility offers true climate control, drive up units, state of the art security, and key code access.

Adelaide & Fanshawe Centre, Retail London

Decade purchased excess land from Home Depot with a vision to build a retail centre around it. We specifically designed the site for Sobeys, Pharma Plus, TD Canada Trust and a small local tenant.

Oxford & Hyde Park Retail Centre, Hyde Park Road and Oxford Street, London

This multi-tenant project was developed and constructed by Decade. This 51,000 square foot project included Shoppers, Bank of Montreal, Remark Fresh Foods, Starbucks and three strong local tenants. The plaza was sold in 2006 to a public real estate company.

Wyndham Gate, Townhouse & Highrise Condominiums, London

Located at the corner of Richmond and Windermere, this development set the standard for condominiums in North London. The project included over 300 townhome and highrise condominium units in London's most affluent area.

Domain Hotel, Waterloo

A 160 suite boutique four star hotel located on Erb Street in Uptown Waterloo. Decade developed the concept, branding, and custom design for Domain. We assembled and managed the construction team, and oversaw the building program of the 135,000 square foot property until its eventual sale to another developer.

Richmond North Retail Centre, Retail, Richmond & Fanshawe, London

Currently the premier plaza in London's north end, facing Masonville mall, this centre has a list of AAA tenants. At over 110,000 square feet, the centre includes such tenants as Chapters, PetSmart, East Side Marios, Starbucks, Jack Astors, Pier 1, Royal Bank, Swiss Chalet/Harveys, and The Shoe Company.

Riverbend Subdivision, Residential Land Development, Stratford

Over three-phases, this project, spanning over 60 acres, consisted of multiple single family subdivisions. All phases were sold off to local builders. Phases I and II have been completed and are 100% occupied by new homes. Phase III is presently under construction by local builders.

Richmond Court, Retail, Office, Residential Tower, London

A 10-storey office building housing in excess of 100,000 square feet of tenants, a 12 story apartment building, together with a retail component of approximately 20,000 square feet, was designed and developed at the corner of Richmond Street and Dufferin Avenue, London, Ontario. The joint venture partner for this project was Canada Trust. The project was completed and sold to a local office developer.

Richmond North Centre, Office, Retail, London

A suburban 3-storey office building containing mostly office tenants and one restaurant was constructed at the north end of the city near the busy intersection of Richmond and Fanshawe. The 40,000 square foot building was fully occupied within 12 months of construction.

Queens Court, Kings Court, Urban Residential Renewal, London

The first downtown apartment buildings in London to be converted to condominiums. This development won several awards for its creative approach to renovation and urban living, and remains a London landmark.

Stream International Call Centre, Industrial Renovation to Office, London

This large call centre is housed in an 84,000 square foot renovated industrial building. It was purchased and renovated through negotiations with Stream International and was chosen because of its location across from Fanshawe College. The centre continues to be one of the most successful centres in the international group of call centres run by the tenant.

Days Inn Hotel, Wellington Road, London

Decade purchased the Days Inn and immediately embarked on a multi million dollar renovation. The rooms were improved, lobby was redesigned and restaurant was renovated and leased to a local operator. The hotel was managed by Decade until it was eventually sold in 2006.

Station Park, Hotel, Retail, Office, London

A hotel/retail development and office component in London, Ontario. A 126 room all suite hotel, 22,000 square feet of retail on Richmond Street, and 5 office buildings totaling approximately 115,000 square feet, were constructed in the 1990's and stand today as one of the leading commercial developments in the City of London

Land Development, Condominiums, Commercial, Florida

For the past 20 years, the principals of Decade have been involved in joint venture developments on the Gulf Coast in the State of Florida. Such projects have included residential subdivisions, such as the Bradenton Beach Club and Sierra Key.  Decade is currently developing a commercial site north of Sarasota in Bradenton Florida.

Residential Complexes, Israel

Decade has participated as a joint venture partner in the construction of residential complexes in the State of Israel. Such projects include the Canada Square office development.
